第三十二条、上市公司披露重大事件之后，已披露的重大事件出现可能对上市公司证券及其衍生品交易价格产生较大影响的进展或变化的，应当及时披露进展或变化情况及其可能产生的影响。

Article 32 - If the development or change of a major event that is already disclosed is about to cause big impact on the trading prices of a listed company's securities or derivatives, the event's development or change and the potential impact shall be disclosed timely as well.
