Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance of its obligations under this contract, where such delay or failure is resulting from force majeure, which means any cause beyond its reasonable control and is not foreseeable, provided that in order to avoid such liability such party must notify the other party of the delay or failure and its cause at the time they arises.

因遭遇不可克服且不可预见的不可抗力而无法履行或无法及时履行合同义务时，双方均可免除合同责任，但前提是因不可抗力而无法正常履行合同义务的一方必须在不可抗力发生当时将无法履行或无法及时履行合同的情况通知对方，并对不可抗力的原因加以说明。
